Kendrick to announce for Senate? U.S. Rep. *Kendrick Meek* of Miami has called a press conference for tomorrow "regarding the open U.S. Senate in 2010."
Word is that he's in. "I like him a lot for the job,'' said Democratic fundraiser *Ira Leesfield*, who said Meek had asked for his support. "His ear is close to the ground.
