I really wasn't impressed with the film... Just being honest, I did my review on _http://groups.http://grohttp://groups.<Whttp://groups._ (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ClarksdaleCommunityForum) so no need to re-write it all here. I will add, the abuse of stereotypical roles for African and Latino actors in this day and age is beyond satire and loses the appeal when there is particularly no real message or truth in the film that tells of a real situation . We cry about wanting to get out of the ghetto but much like the characters of good times for the first 6 seasons, getting out of the ghetto is just a pipe dream. Sadly, we still believe the ghetto and poverty offers "good times" for us... Funny to me that Jews don't have a t.v. show called "Kickin' it in da Holocaust Attic," "What a Gas!" or "Just Shoot Me, NOW!" We continue to degrade and disrespect ourselves and simultaneously attempt to demand respect from others? The S-Word episode of Boondocks is a good example of that.
