thanks Professor......You explained this very well, the new movie is making fun of someone's serious fond memories of a cartoon that was about sci-fi adventure, not comedy........._Re: I never watched one Episode, wasn't my bag back in the day..but _ (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Black_Watch/message/9473;_ylc=X3oDMTJyYjhjcGMzBF9TAzk3MzU5NzE1BGdycElkAzE4MTgwNDIxBGdycHNwSWQDM TcwNTA2NDM4NgRtc2dJZAM5NDczBHNlYwNkbXNnBHNsawN2bXNnBHN0aW1lAzEyNDQ0OTk4NzQ-) Posted by: "Professor Silence" [email protected] _ (mailto:[email protected]?subject= Re:%20I%20never%20watched%20one%20Episode,%20wasn't%20my%20bag%20back%20in%20the%20day..but%20) Mon Jun 8, 2009 1:51 am (PDT)
I gotta disagree, that show was the bomb, the episode that REALLY tripped me out even today is called "Elsewhen" but I think the movie really just polks fun at the series which wasn't really a "comedy" per se more of a sci-fi adventure...I gotta disagree, that show was the bomb, the episode that REALLY tripped me out even today is called "Elsewhen" but I think the movie really just polk Always Remember: "Expectations/"Expectations/<WBR>Reality = F An original formula by Professor Silence himself Contact: www.myspace.Contact: www.mConta www.youtube.www.youtube.<WBRwww.you --- On Mon, 6/8/09, _egojames...@egojame_ (mailto:[email protected]) <_egojames...@egojame_ (mailto:[email protected]) > wrote: From: _egojames...@egojame_ (mailto:[email protected]) <_egojames...@egojame_ (mailto:[email protected]) > Subject: [] I never watched one Episode, wasn't my bag back in the day..but I remember show To: Date: Monday, June 8, 2009, 2:42 AM _http://www.youtube._ (http://www.youtube./) com/watch? v=o0MRU1f2SJ0 <---this was a show I vaguely remember, so that tells you, it must have been a real turn off or it came up against other cartoons that totally ruled, but I never really seen 1 episode and but I remember the the show, the chaka , but it was not something I liked. It was not really a cartoon, so it reall y didn't hold my interest in the 70's......but I loved the new Movie...today I like Dinosaur movies and time travel movies and comedies, so this is right up my alley today...and that's probably why they made it for the big screen, a show that was ignored by the kids of the 70's....turned into a big box office hit.... **************Download the AOL Classifieds Toolbar for local deals at your fingertips.
