I think this "reparation strategy" is to divide the rank and file street thug from the actual profiteers....the Street Gang Leaders....Many of the street gang leaders are corporate types....who used and using individuals from these street gangs to engage in activities to enhance their finances....The leaders of Street gangs are a consortium of interests....including the prison industry complex, the police union bosses, the real estate land grabbers.....not the average rank and file slave...who is being exploited ...like a slave....hence the need for reparations.........trace whom really profits.....and wa-la.....you got the people who are being sued.........the real street gang leaders......
