I will respond privately to you off list. But as a way of apologizing to the other subscribers for your conduct, I must inform you that you are completely out of line and any further emails that use this inflammatory tone will cause me to immediately remove you from the list. Since 2000, this list has managed to have great discussions among people who clearly disagree with each other, and not once have we been exposed to such a tirade of verbal abuse as contained in your email. We respect each other, Mr. Preston, and we don't always have to agree. I would be happy to debate some of the issues you raise, but not until you demonstrate an ability to communicate without malice. This is the only warning you will receive. If you wish to complain, please address your email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and not to the list.
