As long as KMail uses normal mailbox format, there should not be a
problem. The way you use procmail is you set up your ~/.forward to pipe
all incoming mail into procmail. Procmail reads your ~/.procmailrc and
filters the incoming mail accordingly, possibly sorting the mail into
different folders. Your MUA then reads the mailboxes - I would be
surprised if KMail could not deal with it.
