Hi. I use the newest bbkeys and I've set NextWindow to Escape+Mod1. This is because I like alt-tab to be working in Midnight Commander. So when I tried to switch between several windows with alt-escape, the menu popped up, but I could only switch between TWO windows because hitting escape (even while holdind alt) removed the popup window - as for normal opration. So this seems to be an "undocumented issue" rather than a bug :-) Anyway, I changed the key for NextWindow to alt-grave (now I should get used to it...)
