Window behaviours

Hi,

Is there any way to make a window "omnipresent"? Eg. present on all
workspaces, like in Window Maker.
2nd question: if a window has no frame (like xmms), how can I bring on
the window menu?
3rd: in xmms i can set "always on top", and it work with windowmaker but
does not work with blackbox. Any suggestions?
