or your favorite search engine.
Try http://groups.google.com
If you then, after a significant amount of research could not find the
answer, phrase it well, precise with enough information and a proper
subject and post it to comp.os.linux.misc or a similar group.
Of course, you should have been reading the group you post to for a
while to see if your question has been answered already or even is part
of the FAQ.
