I want not to focus specific window class

Hello.

I'm Japanese , so please forgive me for funny english.

Japanese linux user writes Japanese by using XIM client---kinput2,matokx_clients and 
so on. 

This clients ask window managers not to focus the specific window class.

For WindowMaker , Japanese users writes as follows.

~/GNUstep/Defaults/WMWindowAttributes

              Kinput2 = {
                NoTitlebar = Yes; 
                NoResizebar = Yes;  
                NotClosable = Yes; 
                NotMiniaturizable = Yes; 
                KeepOnTop = Yes;

                                                NoMouseBindings = Yes;  
                KeepInsideScreen = Yes;

This setting have never focus the window that have 'Kinput2' Window Class.
 
If you know these setting on BlackBox, please teach me .
