a point release, no.  This is not 0.65.1 or .2.  I plan to put out a 0.70.0 
preview.  There is more to work on for a real release.  I hope to get the 
initial code out for testing as soon as possible.  However, cvs no longer 
works with the bbpager or bbkeys because I removed support for the old 
blackbox protocol.  I am currently using epist (hi woodblock) from the 
openbox codebase as my keybinder until we can get bbkeys working again.
