2 different programs can do this for you:
    bblaunch
    bbappconf

bbappconf will affect *all* Mozilla windows, whereas bblaunch will only
affect the window that's bblaunch-d. You could do something like
'bblaunch -i mozilla' in your .xsession or .xinitrc to launch it
iconified on starting X.

Another possibility, and one I use, is to use galeon, which has a server
mode; when this is running, it speeds loading of galeon windows. (The
server mode is simply called with 'galeon -s' in the .xinitrc or
.xsession.)
