Summary: Mouse scroll causes full maximize

Initial Comment:
Ocassionally when attempting to vertically maximize a
window, I'll move the mouse wheel (middle button)
rather than depressing it. This results in the window
being maximized both horizontally and vertically.
Logically, I understand that it's being seen as either
a button 4 or 5 press (depending on direction of
rotation) and this is why it maximizes the window. I'm
just wondering if we really want a button 4 or 5 press
(or even others for that matter) resulting in a
maximize like button 1.

Just pulled the latest CVS. While it a wheel scroll does
indeed no longer effect a maximize, it does still toggle the
maximize button. The effect is that the button appears to
be depressed (at least that's how it's drawn).

I was given a patch for this a while back, thought I applied it. Fixed now.
