Ontop Windows

Is there any idea as to how long it'll be before always on top windows 
get implemented?  That's the one thing I really would like to see added. 
 I see it's on the todo list, just wondering if there's an idea as to 
how long.  I made a nice app, but it's kind of pointless w/o the always 
ontop ability imo :(
