Suggestion for blackbox 0.70

I was thinking that a nice feature in 0.70 or some version would be to 
add a third button for switching windows where when click, a drop-down 
menu opens with all the applications listed.  Maybe right in the middle 
of the left and right arrows or perhaps even clicking on the title pane 
would open it up.  Any thoughts on this?
