I load gkrellm in my .xinitrc using the -g (geometry) option to position
it. I also use bbappconf to make gkrellm 'sticky', with the following
configuration:
bbappconf.X.classHint.class: Gkrellm
bbappconf.X.classHint.name: gkrellm
bbappconf.X.Stick: true
(where X is an integer within the number of items you're affecting with
bbappconf; see the bbappconf manpage for more info.)
Needless to say, bbappconf has to be running when gkrellm is loaded, so
I have bbappconf loaded earlier in my .xinitrc, with the '-i' switch to
iconify it.
