The answer would be: no! Not for 0.6x, that is... I reckon this will be a part of the comming 0.7x and its netwm implementation.i'm not sure what handles this, but is there a way to make set a window to always on top or something like that?Left click on the background (the root window). And go to your Blackbox Configuration menu and try the different focus models.
