I'd like to begin by saying how glad I am to see that initiatives to fuse new life into the Black Box WM project have been taken, once again. It's very welcome.
What I really meant to comment on though was the release frequency of Black Box. I read on the devel mailing list at SF that Popovici brought this topic to attention, and I feel that it's very important. Even if it just means automatically generated, unstable CVS tar balls, I think they have relevance (as long as they carry some form of serial number). It could help keep, for example, the trackers at SF a bit cleaner. Having been quite a while since the last official Black Box release, there has been a lot of references to "the current CVS version". This isn't very informative for me as a user (maybe wanting to apply a patch) and I can't believe it helps the developers very much either?
