I am currently using standard themes and have been for along time now.
I wanted to make only a small change to the bgcolor of the theme I am
currently using. However when I set the rgb colors they are not even
close to what I pulled from gimp. here is the command I am using.

rootCommand: bsetroot -solid rgb:75/149/255

I have messed around w/ gradients and they are all so far off from the
colors that I picked. what gives? did I leave something out or is it
not a true rgb that is used?

I have also tried hex
rootCommand: bsetroot -gradient pyramidinterlaced -from "#505050" -to
"#7F7F7F"

this will actually produce good results as far as matching the colors on
screen.

Any Ideas as to if I am doing something wrong.
Thanks in advance.
