The icons you saw are not a part of blackbox, and i don't think that icons on the desktop will ever be a part of blackbox proper (thankfully). The icons (and iconified window icons) are handled by ROX-Filer, a minimal filemanager and desktop/icon handler. It can be found at: http://rox.sf.net/ Or, if you use debian, just apt-get it from here: deb http://www.hrw.one.pl/apt/ sid/ deb http://www.hrw.one.pl/apt/ sarge/ blackbox 0.70 supports the NetWM protocol that KDE and GNOME (and many other windowmanagers also support) that allows programs to communicate with the window-manager... so that stuff like icons, panels, and slitapps (should) work seamlessly regardless of the WM you choose to use. > Also bb styles.
