Hello, The content of the clock string in the panel is set in your ~/.blacboxrc file. Edit this file and search for the sesion.screen0.strftimeFormat variable. Change the string as you wish, %H:%M %d-%m-%Y for instance (all the variables you can use are in 'man date')
If you're using blackbox 0.65 or under, the easiest way is to edit this file while blackbox is not running.
