freedesktop.org requires registration. It uses HTTP authentication with a
"WikiName". They use TWiki. It seemed fine for me when I updated some
webpages there back in February.

(Well that may depend on the particular wiki since they host several
projects.)

Password protect. Give all known blackbox community a password. Change it
monthly or when needed.

I think a wiki for blackbox would be good too.
