If there's a standard, let's follow it. But bear in mind that recent
Blackbox and bbkeys allow the user to place their rc's anywhere they
please, or rather load them from anywhere they please, via command line
options. So if anybody doesn't like rc locations they can change that. As
for backgrounds and styles, their location can also be customized. It's
probably the best of both world: have your standard and customize it too.
