That's right. Close on the heels of the bouncing baby blackbox (0.70.0) comes
bbkeys 0.9.0--released just this morning.

Bbkeys 0.9.0 (code-named Kooky Mama Tiger Pants) requires blackbox 0.70.0 to
compile, and it uses the standard pkg-config magic to determine its build
requirements. This means that you might get an error if bbkeys is not able
to find blackbox's pc-file for libbt, and if you do, you will need to do
something like this:

export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/lib/pkgconfig/:$HOME/local/blackbox/lib/pkgconfig

before you run ./configure for bbkeys. After that, it's normal configuration
stuff as usual.

It should also be noted that bbkeys has been completely written for 0.9.0, and
the syntax of its config file has changed from what it was to now use the
same syntax that blackbox does for its menu file.

All of the old functionality that bbkeys had is still present, and thanks to
the rewrite (and the openbox2 Epistrophy code), bbkeys now allows you to have
chained keybindings and other nifty stuff too.

As of this release, bbkeys is fully EWMH-compliant, which means after you get
the little guy compiled, you can use him with KDE, Gnome, blackbox, openbox,
and <insert your favorite windowmanager> (assuming <insert your favorite
windowmanager> is compliant with the freedesktop EWMH specs).

http://bbkeys.sf.net/ is the place to go, as usual, and as usual, please let
me know (reply to the list) if you have any problems or if you start to
notice your cat staring at you in a romantic fashion.
