Many thanks for your reply.  It appears that I may have misunderstood
BBWeather's style capabilities, as mine looks extremely similar to
your screenshot (I was hoping to be able to copy the look of the
Blackbox toolbar more closely).

BBweather is a very useful little program; thanks for writing it.
