recently some mouse wheel things have been going into blackbox... i don't have a wheel on my trackball, so i don't use this code... however, at home, i use a wheel quite a bit in windows xp (no flames please)... mostly for scrolling documents/webpages/etc. one noteworthy property of such usage is the fact that the scrollbar has an absolute stop at the top and bottom, i.e. you don't wrap back to the beginning when you reach the bottom.

my question is, especially for people with mouse wheels, does it make sense for blackbox to "wrap" when it reaches the end of something?

For example: if you use the mouse wheel on the root window, blackbox will change workspaces. if you reach the last workspace, should it wrap to the first or simply stop? my gut feeling says that it should stop and not wrap, but i thought i would ask.

the same applies to the recent change in CVS for allowing the mouse wheel on the various parts of the toolbar... essentially, i'd like to identify the best way to use the mouse wheel and use that method through out blackbox.
