I'm also running Blackbox on Debian. Though I'm
running it on Debian Testing, and there are no
left/right sides of any application window, which is
personally something I like :). Do you have edges
on your other application windows (mozilla, galeon,
aterm, etc... ?)
Anyway, what are you trying to do with your
application window? If you're just trying to move
the window you should be able to simply left click on
either the title bar or on the very bottom border of
the application window and move it.
