  Note that I launched Firefox 1152 x 800 pixels in an 1152 x 864 session.
Apparently, setting Firefox's width equal to the screen width is a bad
idea. There are also the window borders in addition to that. I noticed
that when I grabbed a bottom corner to resize Firefox, Blackbox's width
display said 2147483648 x 800 pixels!!! If I slid it off the side of
the screen and slid it back in (I'm running with only 1 page) I ended up
with a Firefox "window" that was 2 X 800 pixels !!! And I couldn't
restore it to normal.

Once I changed the launcher to start Firefox 1142 x 800, all this bad
behaviour went away. And Firefox stopped centring itself on the screen
everytime it gained/lost focus. This might be worth a FAQ entry.
