Actually, ClickToFocus only behaves the way you described when Num Lock is off.
If Num Lock in on, you can only raise the window by clicking on the titlebar of
the window. At least this is how blackbox-0.60.0-2000mar11 behaves for me.
I'd like BB to behave the same whether Num Lock is active or not. I like having
Num Lock on, since it's easier to insert large numbers by using the numeric
keyboard.
