I remember that some older versions of Blackbox included a few
Brueghel themes. I also remember that one version included the Brueghel
theme in its menu, but these Brueghel themes and images were not included
in the tarball.
To get rid of the message you can try one of the following:
1) Download an old version from around Fall 1998 and extract the Brueghel
themes and images (like the "Tower of Babel") and place them in the
correct place. (You may also need to update the themes for your
version.)
2) Remove any references to brueghel from your menus (since they are not
needed).
