Also using the march 31st alpha on linux, and bbkeys 0.3.2, I have similar troubles.
If I close all the windows on any workspace, bbkeys won't work until I click on the
bbkeys icon, or switch to a workspace that still has a window open. The problem Dave
*has* happened to me, but I can't verify at the moment if it always does, as I am away
from my home box.
