This patch was designed for the 0.60.0-1999dec17 alpha version, and as such
will not work with your version. I have a notoolbar patch designed for
blackbox version 0.51.1 at
http://www4.ncsu.edu/~rjmorris/blackbox
I cannot guarantee that it will work with version 0.51.3.1, but you can give
it a try.
