the easiest way to think about rgb colors is this.
        rgb:red/green/blue
        red, green, blue == hexadecimal values between 0-ff (0-255). if
you want a redish-green color, your red and green values would be higher
than your blue value. if you have a color and want to make it "bluer",
increase your blue value. etc.
