bbkey's an F9-F12

i want to use "ctrl + F9" to switch to workspace 9. i have it
configure in bbkeys, but it doesn't work. "ctrl + F10", "ctrl + F11",
"ctrl + F12" always doesn't work.
 
i use:
blackbox-0.60.0-2000mar31.rhl6
bbkeysconf-1.2-1
bbkeys-0.2.7-1

what is my problem ?
