Disable the toolbar?

I am new to blackbox and have a couple of things I am trying to do - thought 
you experts might know how...

- is there a way to disable the toolbar?
- is there a way to disable the window titlebars and borders? (like the 
NoTitle and BorderWidth options that are used with vtwm...)
