harddisk access

I'm using blackbox alpha 0.6 ( mar 31). I found that my harddisk is periodically 
accessed  for a period < 10second. This makes me unable to put my harddisk in idle 
mode.

There were some discussions in this mailing lists some time ago, but I could not find 
out any patches to avoid this periodic access by blackbox.

any one has idea ?
