Window sizing

Hi:

I am new to Blackbox.  I don't seem to be able to re-size windows.  Is
this not possible with Blackbox?  I rather object to Netscape taking up
my entire screen.

Also, is it possible to arrange for a window to remember where on the
screen it should open - as in say OS/2?
