Get bbkeys from movingparts.windsofstorm.net. Blackbox no longer handles
key bindings.

Bug in 60.1, will be fixed in the next version.

Another bug. To fix this one, after you run ./configure, edit
util/Makefile and add -DTIMEDCACHE to the CPPFLAGS. Then make clean,
make, and make install.
