New Blackbox Dosckslit path

Hi everyone!

I have made available the latest and greatest version of the dockslit
patch which allows KDE dock applets to be swallowed by Blackbox's Slit.

Features:
- works with newest version of Blackbox (v0.60.1)
- supports both KDE v1.x and v2.x applets
