new version of bbppp

Hello,

Version 0.1.1 of bbppp turnes out to be a none working development version.
So the problem wasn't a timer bug, the entire timer was missing.
It seems I mixed up some files, it was late =)

Well you can get the right version (0.1.2) at bbtools.windsofstrorm.net.

Please let me know if it works, I had to redo some changes and I don't have ppp
installed on this machine (so I couldn't test it)
