apps in the slit

I have a way I like in arranging apps in the slit in BB.
bbkeys, bbpager, bbsload, and bbmail in order.
so I call these apps from .xinitrc like this.

        bbkeys -t -w &
        bbpager -w &
        bbsload -w &
        bbmail -w &

sometime bbpager sits before bbkeys or bbmail sits before bbsload.
I mean they sit on slit pretty much randomly.
is there any way I can call them in specific order?
I know this is nothing to do with performance or memory usage or
whatever.
I just want them in order?!????!!
