I didn't have a lot of time at work yesterday to get bbmail
working.  bbkeys and bbpager were okay, with a few small
changes to the code.  I'll send them to the list later.
Here are two different snippets from trying to compile
bbmail.  I think they are two different problems--I think I
sort of solved one of them, and then got the other.  I
figured I'd send both to see if anyone (John?) can tell what
they are.

This is the same setup as my previous message(s).
