AFAIK, bbpager *used to* use KDE hints, but now uses
Blackbox's own set of hints, which are based on the
combined KDE and GNOME wm-spec in progress, but are
prefaced with _BLACKBOX instead of _NET. Perhaps the
README isn't updated or bbpager just uses the
appropriate hints for the appropriate version of BB.
