pop-up command line?

Is there a pop-up command line window (sometimes called a program
launcher, I guess) for/in Blackbox?  Something like KDE's "minicli" app,
that opens a command line with history and tab completion, being invoked
by a key sequence. I find this very useful, and it's really the only part
of KDE that I use (so I should be using BB :).
