i) I have built something that should be the last Blackbox 0.61.x, but the
title of the menu (menu.title) still exhibits: Blackbox 0.60.x; because I
find annoying to have things a' la, say, `red' for the cold water, and
`blue' for the hot one, I have tried to look at Blackbox's source (just
for one second, so far), though discovering that I have made something
wrong would not be a surprise.
ii) I have, more or less randomly, picked up file `Configmenu.cc'. And the
first thing that I have read is:
// stupid macros needed to access some functions in version 2 of the GNU C
// library
.. just before #ifndef _GNU_SOURCE.
Stupid macros ... terrific. If you like (I don't have seen them FYI).
Still: would it be conceivable to /not/ make such pre-puberty comments in
the source? ... to interpret stuff that may, or may not, have been written
by a kid or by some world's greatest guru is, in general, discouraging.
If capturing more eyeballs is desired, I suggest to use a more
understatement-like style of commenting.
It should be clear --please-- that I am not trolling ... cheers.
