I have an odd setup in my spare bedroom where the computer lives. Sometimes I
have the keyboard in my lap, but no mouse in easy reach. I can not bind every
app I would ever use, and sure I could launch something from a term, but the
menu is right there and I can not always remember an apps actual file name.
If the menu is open, treat it as the focused window. Let it handle its own
keygrabs. If it was encapsulated 100% in menu, no other part would care and
all menus gain the functionality.
