In your home directory there is a file called .blackboxrc. In that file you may
specify the time format.
session.screen0.strftimeFormat: %I:%M %p
You'll have to check bb's webpage for more detail - there is a section on basic
configuration.
I think you will need to shutdown bb before editing the file and then restart -
because it overwrites the config file during shutdown.
