Use alt+rightclick. Brad thought about allowing all direction resizing
with the window fram back in .50.x I believe, but rejected the idea.

Something similar to this was the basis of the interface in .50.x. I
would not like to see Blackbox going backwards.

I don't see the point of this. Change the bevelwidth.
