Ahaaa!
This seems to be the answer to my problem why sometimes Alt-
Click moves a window and sometimes does not.
But this adds a point to my wish-list: I'd like to see this behaviour
changed in further releases (or has somebody already written a
patch?), because I'm used to use my Numpad at the same time as
goodies like Alt-Click.
(And -- IMHO -- things should adapt to the user, not vice versa)
