I get the same thing with the Pan newsreader on both my home box (Debian
2.2 woody) and work (Mandrake 7.0). The Post/Reply dialog only shows a
close and minimize buttons (but will maximize/restore via bbkeys maximize
keygrab) and won't be resized in Blackbox, but will in Gnome & KDE
sessions.

If I Alt-RightClick on the bottom right, I just get the usual bb right
click title bar menu (Send To..., etc). Is the tweak a compile time
option? - I just have the precompiled blackbox_0.61.1-1_i386.deb here and
default compilekkkork.
